Our chefs come directly from South India, bringing with them decades of experience, family recipes, and regional techniques.
We prepare our spice blends in-house, just as they are made in South Indian houses. MASALO is designed to reflect both elegance and warmth—rich colors, intimate lighting, and a dining atmosphere rooted in Indian hospitality.
